A passionate and creative chef, Giorgos Papadopoulos represents the new age of Greek chefs that love to dive into the traditional Greek cuisine in order to reinvent it. A visionary, a pioneer and a hard worker at the same time, he expresses his art in well known restaurant and hotel cuisines in Greece and abroad.
He is devoted to his materials, which he considers them to be the basic chapter of the culinary art and he never gives up searching for the best. Giorgos Papadopoulos is now taking up a new challenge, to create exclusive signature dishes for “good mood comfort food” with recipes that are based on exceptional, selected Greek ingredients.
